Data quality is another factor often overlooked by businesses and can cause serious operational problems in your systems - especially those that were poorly designed!  For example your system stores student records containing date of birth as well as age however the designer didn't think to cross check one field against the other and now different parts of the system use different ages for your students, and as data volume increases the problem becomes worse.  This is only a simple example however some systems can contain many cases where data does not correctly reconcile because of data quality issues caused by poor system design.  We fully understand the importance of data quality and can resolve many issues by following standard procedures including backup, analysis, cleansing and re-loading of your data.
